For the specific condition where owners or managers no longer fully trust the numbers used to make decisions. It applies the same review method to reports, source systems, spreadsheet transformations, reconciliations, timing differences, and manual interpretation steps.

One method, several recognition doors. A key-person departure, pre-implementation decision, or transferability concern may enter through different language without becoming a separate service business.
